Easy One Pan Veggies

It can sometimes be hard to make veggies taste good and I know most of us don’t have a ton of time to get creative with them. Dinner should be quick and easy, while still being healthy and tasting good. There isn’t anything easier than chopping up some vegetables and throwing them in the oven! If you can fit it all on one pan, that’s even better for a quick clean-up. Here is a quick, easy recipe for One Pan Veggies that will give you plenty of nutrition and be delicious, on top of it!

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

1 bag of string beans

1 bag of Brussels sprouts

1-2 heads of broccoli

3 tbsp ghee

Garlic powder, to taste

Sea salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Chop the Brussels sprouts in half and cut the broccoli into florets.

  3. Place broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and string beans on a tray, side-by-side (if they don’t fit and you want to make more of each, feel free to spread it out onto multiple trays!).

  4. Spread ghee liberally over all veggies, then sprinkle them with garlic powder and salt, to taste.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until crispy, flipping them halfway through.

  6. Enjoy!
